How the provably fair system works
Each Stake Originals round uses three inputs: a server seed (set by Stake and hashed before the round), a client seed (set by you in account settings), and a nonce (an incrementing counter for each bet). The combination of these three values produces a unique result that neither you nor Stake can manipulate after the bet is placed.
Verifying a bet
1. Before playing, Stake shows you the hashed server seed. You cannot see the raw seed, but the hash proves it was pre-set.
2. After a series of bets, you can rotate the server seed. The previous raw seed is revealed.
